Ridgevalley and Crooked Creek Area Structure Plan

The Hamlet of Ridgevalley and Crooked Creek Area Structure Plan (ASP) was developed for the MD of Greenview No. 16 to provide direction on the future growth and development pattern of land within the communities of Ridgevalley and Crooked Creek. Located south of Highway 43, Ridgevalley and Crooked Creek are agricultural communities that take great pride in their rich history, shaped by generations of families who built their lives around farming, education, and local business. Once a small hub of stores, gathering places, and industry, the area has always been defined by its resilience, community spirit, and strong rural character.

The ASP was developed in partnership with the community, with the Project Team working closely with the MD of Greenview No. 16 (Greenview) Council, Greenview Administration, community members, and local stakeholders. By balancing heritage with forward-looking planning, Ridgevalley and Crooked Creek continue to grow as connected, vibrant, and proud rural communities.
