A neighbourhood plan for approximately 300ha of land in southeast Edmonton that focuses on the preservation and incorporation of an extensive natural system and wildlife corridor into urban development. The neighbourhood is planned for a mix of land uses at higher densities than traditional suburban development, and features a Town Centre focused on higher density, transit-oriented development due to the presence of a nearby planned park-and-ride facility.
