Meridian Street and Arterial C are arterial roadways in northeast Edmonton in support of the Horse Hill residential and commercial developments, with an estimated full build-out of five neighbourhoods. The proposed Meridian Street is a realignment of the existing Meridian Street (south of 195th Avenue), intersecting further west of 195th Avenue. Arterial C then connects this intersection to the existing Meridian street located north of 195th Avenue. The roadway design includes the following but is not limited to: a shared use path on each side, power utility relocation, CN Rail crossing, and working in proximity to gas utilities.
