Secord Crossing

A 12ha commercial subdivision on the western boundary of Edmonton, the project represents the only commercial development in the entire Secord neighbourhood. Careful planning was crucial to balance development constraints such as boundary conditions, proximity to a major highway, access to existing transportation routes, market needs and proximity to a school site. The result is a commercial site that features a wide variety of office and retail uses intended to serve both the surrounding neighbourhoods as well as the large number of vehicles driving by along Highway 16A.
