South Riel ASP

The amendment to the South Riel ASP aimed to accommodate a new vision for the residential lands that focused on modern living surrounded by natural amenities. The amendment revised the land use concept and the roadway network to improve overall efficiencies. This amendment also aimed to align the Area Structure Plan and Land Use Bylaw. The residential and mixed-use lands will develop into a unique urban community that defines the next generation of development in St. Albert. The community is intended to offer a variety of lifestyle options and housing products to promote aging in place.
