A 1.59ha site in southeast Edmonton located in an architecturally-controlled neighbourhood that acts as an entrance to the neighbourhood from 17 Street. The site was designed to combine a mix of duplex and street-oriented rowhousing units that utilizes the site's existing topography to its advantage to cater to different households. 61 units were planned, locating the street-oriented rowhousing units along 16 Avenue to create a grand entrance to the neighbourhood, while transitioning to the larger duplexes on-site.
