Don (Xiangqun) Ding

Don (Xiangqun) is a civil engineering professional with over 18 years of experience in land development and municipal infrastructure design. He’s worked extensively on development site servicing, subdivision servicing, stormwater management systems, grading plans, and roadway profiles across Alberta and British Columbia.

His background includes senior roles at Watt Consulting Group, Binnie, McElhanney, and Kellam Berg Engineering, where he led detailed design work, modeling, and municipal approvals for a wide range of projects. He’s highly skilled in AutoCAD Civil 3D, PCSWMM, SWMHYMO, and other technical tools that support efficient and compliant design.

Outside of work, Don enjoys hiking and traveling.
