An infill project in a trendy Edmonton neighbourhood planned for mixed-use development, with a small commercial space on the main floor and upper level residential, totaling 11 units. Careful site design to accommodate underground parking and amenity spaces for both the residents and commercial spaces were the main focus, as well as integrating the 4-storey design into the existing neighbourhood in a sensitive and efficient manner.
