The Hamlet of Condor ASP was created for Clearwater County. The Hamlet was identified in the County’s MDP as a Growth Hamlet to guide future growth and development within the County. Today, both Condor is a welcoming, rural community with a rich history in agriculture.  The development of the ASP involved extensive public engagement with each community and relevant stakeholders to ensure the plan is reflective of the hamlet’s aspirations for the future.
