The ASP consists of 2 sections of land in Beaumont's recently annexed lands, planned for as a complete community, including residential, commercial and business park land uses, all integrated with existing natural features in the area and interconnected through a comprehensive trail and natural corridor system. A stormwater system that focuses on Low Impact Development addresses flooding concerns from the nearby LeBlanc Canal and ensures post-development flows match pre-development levels benefits not only the Plan Area, but the overall region. The NSP consists of 1 quarter section located within the Area Structure Plan boundary.
