An Area Structure Plan for approximately 570ha of land in the Hamlet of Robb, which is located in the historic Coal Branch region of Yellowhead County. The ASP was driven by extensive community consultation and engagement to ensure the updated plan captured local values and priorities. Through discussions and feedback the plan has instilled policies which address rural recreation and tourism challenges while also providing residents a plan that is up-to-date and reflective of Robb’s future aspirations.
