The City of Edmonton is planning to develop surplus school sites as part of the Building Housing Choices program to develop market and non-market rate medium-density housing. Invistec is involved in site servicing assessments and cost analyses of City-owned properties to support the City's Affordable Housing Strategy. The purpose of this assessment is to review the current conditions and surrounding infrastructure on the subject site to identify the requirements to bring the site to a fully serviced, developable state. The surplus sites are located in Belmont, Dunluce, Henderson Estate, La Perle, Lymburn, and Summerlea parks.
